Three delivery choices are available to you. Home delivery, delivery at a point of Sale Near You (pickup Parcelshop) or in-store pickup.
 

Home delivery and Point of sale near you

Upon receipt of payment at business hours (10am to 8pm Monday to Sunday), we will put your package in preparation if all the items of your order are in stock.* Your parcel is shipped the same day (before 3pm) or the day after your order (after 3pm) and takes 48h to 72h to arrive at your home. Tracking Mail is automatically enabled on your parcel so you can track the shipment and change the date or place of delivery (pickup Parcelshop) if it does not not suitable.

If you inadvertently miss delivery to your home, a transit notice will be placed in your mailbox and your parcel will be delivered to a relay point near you to be picked up within 7 business days with your ID card. So you can easily and also choose a point of sale near you for the delivery of your package.
 

In-store pickup

Upon receipt of payment, if the item is in stock, you can collect it on the same day at business hours. Your order is immediately set aside and the payback time is quite flexible. Do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone if you do not know how to recover it immediately.

We deliver all over Europe and if you order from abroad, DPD transmits your parcel (Chronopost in France) to other delivery services without incurring additional costs. We take great care in the preparation of your packages making sure to pack well and protect your items to avoid damage and breakage. If your parcel is lost by the delivery services, please send us an email with your order number, we will do the necessary to help you. If your parcel has been broken or there is a missing product, you have 14 days to make a claim via our email address.

Delivery is free in Belgium from 60€. In other countries, a discount of 6€ on the cost of your delivery will be made as soon as possible :

• 100€ in France and Germany
• 80€ in the Netherlands and Luxembourg
• 150€ and more in other European areas.

Packages are usually shipped within 2 working weekdays after receipt of payment. They are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and delivered without signature .Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the distance between your home and our store. We recommend that you Group all your items in one order. We cannot Group Two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of the they. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Delivery is free in Belgium and the Netherlands from 60€ purchase.

Delivery is free in France from 100€ purchase.

Delivery is free in the rest of Europe from 150€ purchase.

We deliver all over Europe except Switzerland via DPD.
